Alle hybler leies ut møblert, så dette er noe som passer best for den som ikke skal ta med for mye egne møbler ved bytte av bolig i Trondheim.
Møbler på alle hybler er seng med sengetøy (ferdig oppredd når en flytter inn) samt et sett i skapet, kontorstol, pult, klesskap, gardiner.
Leietid er på årsbasis med start 01.08 og slutt 31.07 det året en er ferdig. Kontrakter er på 3 år og om ønskelig kan en få 1. års kontrakt.
Priser er pr. hybel og er for tiden kr. 5500 pr måned. Forskuddsleie.
Det tilkommer strøm som etterfaktureres hver måned. Faktura deles likt på alle.
I prisen er det Tv og stereo på stuen, Xbox med HBO Max, internett er tårdløst og på kabel på rom (500/500) . Vaskemaskin og tørketrommel på bad. Alarm og brannvarsling direkte til Verisure.
Depositum er 16500 kr. som settes på konto i leietakers navn som loven krever.
Fri bruk av hage/ terasse og det er utplassert grill hvor jeg står for gass.
*For de som leier hybel over flere år er det en måned med redusert leie i juli.
All dormitories are rented furnished.
Furniture in all dormitories is a bed with bed linen (ready made when you move in), office chair, desk, wardrobe, curtains.
The rental period is on an annual basis, starting on 01.08 and ending on 31.07 of the year it is finished. Contracts are for 3 years and, if desired, you can get a 1st year contract.
Prices are per dormitory and is currently NOK 5500 per month. Advance rent.
Electricity is added, which is invoiced every month. The invoice is shared equally by everyone.
The price includes TV and stereo in the living room, Xbox with HBO Max, internet is free and on cable in the room (500/500). Washing machine and dryer in bathroom. Alarm and fire notification directly to Verisure.
Deposit is NOK 16,500. which is put into an account in the tenant's name as required by law. (Applies if you are going to live in the home for several full years.)
For those who are going to stay for one year, the deposit will be exchanged for an extra month's rent with me. This is because you cannot open a deposit account until you have obtained a personal identification number in Norway and this takes some time. This payment is returned in the form that it will not be invoiced for the last few months as it has been prepaid.
The first payment will then look like this: for the first month you move in plus the next one which is an advance payment and one more month instead of a deposit = NOK 15,600. This must be paid before moving in. The next invoice will then be in September, etc. At the end of the rental period, you will not be invoiced and in this way you will get back what you have paid in advance.
Free use of the garden/terrace and there is a barbecue where I am responsible for the gas.
*For those who rent dormitories over several years, there is a month of reduced rent in July.
